Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with IPS’s most strategic clients. This role involves managing all aspects of the sales cycle, from identifying client needs to delivering tailored AV solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets. By acting as the client’s trusted advisor, the Key Account Manager plays a vital role in building long-term partnerships and contributing to IPS’s market position and business growth.

Job Dimensions

Account Management & Sales Execution

  • Manage a portfolio of key clients and serve as the main point of contact.
  • Understand client business objectives and develop customized solutions in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives within assigned accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.

Relationship Building & Retention

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins, reviews, and prompt issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, renewals, and solution expansion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including logistics, finance, and technical support, to ensure smooth delivery and post-sale service.
  • Provide client feedback to improve solution offerings and service delivery.

Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
  • Prepare forecasts and sales reports for leadership visibility.

Academic Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a key account or consultative selling role.

Postgraduate diploma or MBA.

Experience in the AV or electronics distribution sector.

Language Proficiency:

Fluent in Arabic and English.  

 Native Arabic speaker with strong written and verbal English communication.

Professional Certifications:

Sales or customer relationship training.

Job Summary

The Senior Product Manager plays a pivotal role within the Growth – Product Management department at IPS. This position is responsible for driving the strategic development, positioning, and lifecycle management of IPS’s professional AV solutions portfolio. The role focuses on aligning customer needs, market trends, and technology innovations to deliver differentiated products that support revenue growth, market expansion, and customer satisfaction. This position is vital to maintaining IPS’s leadership in the Saudi AV distribution market and adjacent technology sectors.

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for executing IPS’s product strategy by managing key product lines, driving innovation, and supporting revenue generation. This role plays a critical part in enhancing IPS Academy by designing training initiatives and ensuring product solutions are competitive and aligned with market needs. The role serves as a bridge between technical, commercial, and training efforts.

    • Lead end-to-end lifecycle of assigned product lines, from concept through launch and ongoing enhancements.

Job Purpose

The Secretary plays a crucial administrative support role within the CEO Office at IPS. In a fast-paced professional AV distribution environment, the Secretary serves as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, contributing to the operational flow and executive-level decision-making support.

In addition to departmental oversight, the Senior Sales Director is directly responsible for achieving individual sales targets, playing an active role in securing key opportunities and strategic partnerships.
