Job Purpose
The Human Capital & Corporate Affairs Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning organizational strategy with workforce and corporate governance practices. This role leads the development and execution of human capital strategies, ensuring compliance, talent development, and a strong employee value proposition. Additionally, it oversees corporate governance, legal affairs, and facility management to ensure a cohesive and well-governed business environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role contributes significantly to employee engagement, organizational culture, and the company’s reputation as a top employer.

Key Activities, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities (main

HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee payroll processing, GOSI contributions, and employee benefits administration with full regulatory compliance.

Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of HR systems, analytics, and technology platforms.

Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and organizational values.

Manage compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and incentive/rewards programs.

Supervise employee offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and alumni relations.
Talent Management & Employer Branding

Build and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent and enhance market perception.

Establish and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future organizational needs.

Develop and monitor onboarding and retention strategies to enhance the employee lifecycle.

Launch and maintain e-learning platforms to support development, compliance, and upskilling initiatives.

Lead succession planning and career development programs in coordination with department heads.
Organizational Development & Employee Experience

Design and implement initiatives to foster company culture, engagement, and recognition.

Develop and execute leadership training programs and one-on-one coaching for high-potential employees.

Lead and support change management efforts during transitions or organizational shifts.

Ensure effective conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee relations support.
Performance Management & Workforce Analytics

Drive a comprehensive performance management process tied to KPIs and continuous feedback.

Lead strategic workforce planning in collaboration with business units.

Use HR data and insights to drive decisions in employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Facilities & Workplace Management

Manage workplace infrastructure, including office operations, vendor management, and facility compliance.

Ensure office safety, environmental compliance, and employee well-being within the workplace.

Optimize workspace utilization to support productivity and hybrid work models.
Corporate Affairs & Governance

Oversee legal and regulatory compliance, including licensing, labor laws, and contractual obligations.

Maintain governance frameworks and ensure implementation of company-wide policies.

Represent the company in external affairs, including government relations and legal communications.

Support PR strategies related to internal communications and corporate positioning.

Develop risk mitigation and crisis management protocols in partnership with the executive team.

Qualifications and Experience: |
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 8+ years of relevant HR and corporate affairs experience.

- Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Law, or an MBA. - 10+ years of progressive experience in human capital leadership roles, including exposure to legal and corporate governance.

Language
Proficiency:

Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.

Native Arabic speaker with advanced business English proficiency.

Professional
Certifications:

Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP).

CIPD Level 7 or SHRM-SCP; certifications in Corporate Governance or Compliance.
