Job Purpose
The Secretary plays a crucial administrative support role within the CEO Office at IPS. This position ensures the smooth functioning of the CEO’s daily agenda, manages communications, and maintains critical documentation with confidentiality and efficiency. In a fast-paced professional AV distribution environment, the Secretary serves as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, contributing to the operational flow and executive-level decision-making support.

calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

The Human Capital & Corporate Affairs Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning organizational strategy with workforce and corporate governance practices. This role leads the development and execution of human capital strategies, ensuring compliance, talent development, and a strong employee value proposition. Additionally, it oversees corporate governance, legal affairs, and facility management to ensure a cohesive and well-governed business environment. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role contributes significantly to employee engagement, organizational culture, and the company’s reputation as a top employer.
